Back Orders


Many of our items are available for immediate shipping. However, due to seasonal availability, some orders are shipped in 7 to 10 business days (which does not include holidays or weekends), often sooner, depending on the part ordered and if it is in stock at our warehouses or our distributors.

Unfortunately, we sometimes do not have a particular product in stock, and neither do our distributors. Sohar's Inc./ Rcpw Inc./EZ Truck Accessories may not receive notification from our suppliers if an item is on backorder. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact our Customer Service at orders@eztruckaccessories.com, or call 800-937-7279. If your desired item or items are discontinued or backordered for more than 4 weeks, you will be contacted at the earliest date with the options of continuing to wait for a backordered product, substituting it for a similar item, or receiving a full refund on the backordered part or parts.

All orders will be shipped when all products requested are available. We will ship orders partially or incomplete only upon request, but an additional freight charge may apply for the partially shipped order.
